How it works

1. Upload an Excel, CSV or ODS file – each row becomes one document. 2. Pick a template or upload your own design, then drag the fields where they belong. 3. Generate a ZIP with one PDF per row, or one combined PDF ready to print.

FAQ

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Your spreadsheet and background are read and turned into PDFs inside your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, which matters for student and employee lists.

Which spreadsheet formats work?

Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV and OpenDocument (.ods). The first row is treated as column names.

Can I use my own certificate design?

Yes. Export your design (from Canva, Word, Illustrator…) as a PNG or JPG, upload it as the background, then drag the name and other fields into place.

Do non-English names work?

Yes. Text is rendered with your system fonts, so Chinese, Japanese, accents and other scripts appear correctly.

Can I print several labels or badges per sheet?

Yes. Under Sheet layout pick a standard grid – 30 address labels (Avery 5160 / 8160), 10 business cards (5371), 8 name badges (5395), 21 A4 labels (L7160) or 8 A4 labels (L7165). Print at 100% / actual size, not “fit to page”.

What is the Avery 5160 layout?

A US Letter sheet with 30 labels in 3 columns and 10 rows, each 1" × 2⅝". Avery 8160, 5260, 5960, 18160 and many store-brand address labels use the same grid, so the 5160 layout fits them too.

How is this different from Canva Bulk Create?

No Pro subscription, no 300-row cap, and your data never leaves your device. You pay only for the batches you actually need.
