FAQ
Where do the reviews come from?
Apple's official public App Store review feed – the newest 500 written reviews per country store. Everything is processed in your browser.
Who is this for?
Founders and product managers researching competitors, app developers tracking what a new version broke, and marketers looking for the words customers actually use.
How are themes detected?
Each review is matched against complaint patterns (crashes, login, sync and data loss, pricing, ads, confusing UI, bad updates, support and more), in English and Chinese. Counts are the share of 1–2★ reviews that mention each theme.
What does the full report add?
All complaint themes with up to four quotes each, every feature request found, average rating per app version, the most repeated phrases in negative reviews, and a Markdown export you can paste into Claude or ChatGPT.
Google Play?
Not yet – Google offers no public review feed.
