FAQ
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your spreadsheet and background are read and turned into PDFs inside your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, which matters for student and employee lists.
Which spreadsheet formats work?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV and OpenDocument (.ods). The first row is treated as column names.
Can I use my own certificate design?
Yes. Export your design (from Canva, Word, Illustrator…) as a PNG or JPG, upload it as the background, then drag the name and other fields into place.
Do non-English names work?
Yes. Text is rendered with your system fonts, so Chinese, Japanese, accents and other scripts appear correctly.
Can I print several labels or badges per sheet?
Yes. Under Sheet layout pick a standard grid – 30 address labels (Avery 5160 / 8160), 10 shipping labels (5163), 80 return address labels (5167), 24 square labels (22805), 12 round labels (22807), 10 business cards (5371), 8 name badges (5395), 21 A4 labels (L7160) or 8 A4 labels (L7165). Print at 100% / actual size, not “fit to page”.
What is the Avery 5160 layout?
A US Letter sheet with 30 labels in 3 columns and 10 rows, each 1" × 2⅝". Avery 8160, 5260, 5960, 18160 and many store-brand address labels use the same grid, so the 5160 layout fits them too.
How do I print the same return address on every Avery 5167 label?
Put your address in the first data row, then copy that row down so the sheet has 80 rows (one per label). Each row fills one label; 80 rows make one full sheet.
Will text fit on Avery 22807 round labels?
Yes. The round layout centres up to three lines inside the 2" circle and the preview greys out the corners that would be cut off. Keep long lines short or lower the font size if a line touches the shaded edge.
